Jeannie Bedar joined Pamela Sande & Associates in December of 2016. As Sr. HR Consultant, Jeannie provides consulting on all facets of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, HR practices and compliance assessments, strategic planning, and HR best practices.
Jeannie has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, including corporate experience as a Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources in the health care, manufacturing, and legal industries and experience as an HR Consultant. Jeannie is a results-driven HR business partner with the ability to deliver services that align a company’s human resources practices to its strategic objectives.
Before joining the firm, Jeannie was a Sr. Consultant with a consulting firm where her work included an operational audit of a human resources department in a large medical center; a strategic initiative involving employment, compensation and metrics; and an assessment of a business unit and its leadership. In addition, Jeannie was a VP of Human Resources for a large healthcare system where she was responsible for labor negotiations, recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, occupational health, organization and people development, childcare centers, and volunteers.
Jeannie has a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Massachusetts, and a Paralegal Certificate from Newbury College/Bentley College in Massachusetts. Jeannie is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
